This was as good as it gets. They promised a pick up in three days. They followed up regularly and picked it up mid afternoon on the third day. It was promised for delivery 5 days later over a holiday weekend. We got regular text messages and it was delivered on the day promised at 1:00 pm with no discrepancies. I'll definitely use them when a car transport is needed in the future
