We had a car transported from Florida to New Jersey. The trip took 2 and a half days. During the transport we were given text updates on our delivery. The driver would call to confirm delivery, and the estimated tentative time window that the car would be delivered, as well. I was blown away with the communication, and customer service. Its very hard to find excellence in customer service nowadays, along with a safe and reliable service you can trust. The driver was quick to answer any questions that we had, on the phone or in person. He was friendly and knowledgeable with handling questions and handling the task of Transporting the vechical. They were punctual on pick up and arrival time. We would recommend this service to anyone who needs transportation needs. FIVE STARS !
