We had never shipped a car before and were not sure what to expect. The driver who picked up our car from our Massachusetts home was nice. He did a great job looking over the car and getting it on the trailer. It was quick and easy. The car arrived safe and sound in California a week later. Payment and arrangements were easy. And the staff I spoke with to order the shipment were pleasant and helpful. Based on my experience, I would feel very comfortable recommending this company to anyone who is needing to ship a car.
