This industry is one of the toughest to work in. We strive to do our best here, however there are times when you just cannot please some people. We did our best to remain polite after being called names and threatened, some individuals assume a Rolls Royce is more important than the human spirit. We have apologized to Mr. Opfar that his car was not moved quick enough for his needs, however after the demeaning comments, and threats to our office, we found no reason to continue with any correspondance.
Our records do not match the accusations listed above, but I am not about to enter into a arguing match. Our reputation with our dealers and customers speak for itself.
We wish Mr. Opfar the best and are looking forward to those emails every Tuesday!!
