Ths review is long overdue. I initally contacted three different transport companies. All three companies were brokers. One company responded with a quote via email. I then received a call from the company with another quote close to $300 more than the emailed quote. They basically told me what it would cost to transport my car and that was it. The other company emailed me a quote with the same price as Angels Movng Autos. However, that company never contacted me by phone. First, I must say Dina and her entire staff at Angels were very professional. Dina responded to my initial contact within 24 hours. She asked questions (other than the type of car) and explained the entire process to me since it was my first time transporting a car. I was anxious in the beginning after reading several unfavorable reviews online about different companies. However, Dina helped to put my concerns at ease. She also provided me with the carrier information that was transporting my car. I requested a 5-day window of when I wanted the car to be picked up. The car was picked up on day 1 of that request. The carrier contacted me the day before and provided me with a two-hour window of when he would arrive the next day. That morning, I was contacted by the driver letting me know he had arrive (almost 1/2 hour earlier than scheduled) and where he was parked. He arrived in a smaller truck. He explained why he was drivng a smaller truck (a very nice truck by the way) and that my car would be loaded onto a larger carrier that would be carrying several other cars. We then proceeded to inspect the car together. After the inspection, he provided me with the required paperwork. My car was picked up on a Friday. I was provided with updates from both Angels and the carrier while the car was being transported. Not once did I have to contact Angels or the carrier. I was given a delivery window of 7-9 days after the car was picked up. My car arrived at its destination the following Tuesday. Basically, 4 days after it was picked up. Everything went smoothly. The car arrived 11 days before I did. I will definitely use Angels again. Because of the wonderful experience I had with Angels, I will be delighted to refer family, friends and acquaintances to use the company for their auto transport needs
