This is the best towing experience I had. I tried to tow a Luxury SUV to CA last summer, after a month wait the towing company never came. I was so frustrated and angry I swear I will never go over this again, I would rather drive to CA. So the whole thing was postponed.

Then this January I had an accident. I realized I better find a transport company to get the car to CA, this time from NYC. I did some research and actually found Angels Transport here at this board. As soon as bodyshop told me the car is almost ready, I called them and since I need it in a hurry, I used expedited service ($150 extra). I called on Feb 14th, and said I would prefer them come pick it up on 16th. They told me they will try.

Because of the bad experience I had in the past, I never thought they would come on time. And because of this, I jumped the gun. The bodyshop hasn't got paid by the insurance company yet. So when the tow truck showed up on time on 16th, I was so embarrassed and had to have them sit in the truck and wait several hours while I talk to the bodyshop so that they can release the vehicle. Because it was an expensive repair, the bodyshop won't do it at the beginning. Eventually the bodyshop agreed to relase the vehicle after some tough negotiation. The trucker waited about 5 hours, his name is Deo, from Dy trucking. I can't thank him enough for his patience. The car was picked late Thursday after noon and arrived in CA on Tuesday. Since I didn't expect them to get there this fast, I wasn't in CA and had to ask them hold off the delivery for one day so I can ask a friend to receive the vehicle. It was delivered Wednesday Mar 22nd.

Over all, very pleasant experience. I recommend Angels to everyone who need transporting service.
