I used the Angels moving Autos company because they had the highest rating, They were very courteous, and professional.The time of original pickup was on a Friday, but by Friday afternoon we recieved no call. at this point I called ther'e office and learned they could not find a driver willing to pick up the car in the three day time frame they had promised ,(even though we were paying an extra 200.00 ).On Saturday we got a call saying they had found a driver, and he would be there on the following Wed. or Thur. My reaction was, because it was not going to be within the 3 day promise to pickup the extra 200.00 dollars would be waived and the price to deliver would be the original 1200.00. The girl I spoke to agreed to this. The next day I recieved a call from another girl who said that my son at Ft Drum N.Y. was to pay 200.00 dollars to the driver upon delivery, even though they had been paid in full by me two days earlier. We went back and forth over the phone with them asking who I spoke with etc.,etc. The final outcome was they agreed to write off the extra 200.00. I met the driver on thursday, and watched him load the car. He seemed to be knowledgeable and professional. He said the car would be there,on either the following Wed. or Thur. It arrived on the following thur. I really have no complaints about Angels moving autos.

Dear John Thank you for taking the time to rate our service. I am sorry you feel you received anything less than a 5 star shipping expense. We are sorry about the miscommunication regarding the $200.00 fee, however, as stated you were never charged that. We did fulfill our obligation of pickup and delivery, and forfeited our fee to hold to that agreement. We hope you will use our services again in the future.
