Good experience for a first timer

Pros:
- Very polite customer service.
- The car was picked up and delivered "on time" (see below).
- The carrier they found (Angel Wings Transport) was professional. Eddie (the driver) was great to work with.

Cons:
- The communication is not very good. I tried to fax my contract twice from 2 different fax machines. It didn't go through either time. They never called me back to tell me that it didn't go through (although they promised to call if it didn't). I think they are the victims of their success, they are too busy to provide individual attention to each customer. They will be great if they pay attention to communication.
- I waited for 3-4 days without any calls from them. I had another carrier ready to pick up, so I called them to cancel. Only then things moved swiftly, the car was picked up the next day. It makes me wonder how much longer I would have waited if I was patient.
- My credit card was overcharged by mistake. However, they promptly refunded the difference when I told them.

These cons will only bother you if you are an anal, perfectionist person like me. Otherwise, they are good to work with.
