Overall good experience with company. I did have to initiate calls to learn status of my vehicle and did not receive promised return phone calls. My car was loaded with household items and this fact seemed to throw them for a loop somewhat, especially in terms of communicating this information to the driver. However, many other transport companies appeared inflexible in this regard.
My car did take a very long time to arrive and that might be problematic in some cases. The driver requested that I pay him in cash which made me very uncomfortable and he would not deliver the car to the pre-arranged meeting place. My strongest advice is to be very specific about your needs and ask a lot of questions.
In the end, my car arrived safe and sound and so my expectations were essentially met.
