It was easy to reach the contact person at Angels and they were very good about letting me know what to expect. Bottom line - the car (a Mercedes station wagon in very good condition) was fine when it arrived, it did not take longer than expected, and I was able to keep in touch with the driver, so I knew what was happening. Therefore, I was satisfied with the result. However, the service was supposed to be door to door, and it wasn't. We had to meet the driver at a different location at both ends. This was understanble and not a big problem, since the transporter was too big to pick up or deliver on small streets, but it was not what was promised. Additionally, the proviso was that the car could not be delivered before January 29, and I did not want it stored. However, it arrived at its destination four days early, so I had to arrange for someone else to pick it up in order to prevent it from being left at a terminal and towed to its final destination.
