First of all, I would like to say that all the people I dealt with were professional and helpful.

The main problem I had was that I was transporting my car across country. I was quoted a certain sum and wait and wait and wait for someone to call about a pick up date. When they did not, I call the company and ask what is taking so long. I was told it was snow bird season (northerns going to Florida) and no truck drivers were going to California for the low price I was originally quoted. So then I had to pay more for my car to be taken to California from Pennsylvania. It took a lot longer then I had anticipated. I had to rent a car for about 2 weeks until my car got there. When I received my car, it was very dirty, covered in road grim and my wind shield wiper blades with barely hanging on the car. But I was very happy to get my car after such a long waiting period.

Even with my difficulties an problems, I would use them again. It was originally a good price, and maybe at a different time of year it may have went a lot smoother.
