The service was excellent and the process was super-easy. I have shipped cars 4-5 times in the past with other companies and it was always a hassle - having to take the car to a truckstop somewhere miles from home. With Angel's for this move, the carrier came right to my street and the car was inspected, loaded and paperwork taken care of in just a few minutes. I was prepared for it to be a hassle based on my experience with other companies in the past, but I was delighted with how easy and simple Angels made the whole process. The driver contacted me directly 2 days before and again the night before to make sure all was on schedule. Angel's customer reps texted me throughout the process with status updates and to monitor the pickup process. They were also in contact with the driver to check on things to make sure it was all going smoothly. The car carrier (enclosed) was in great condition and designed to transport expensive vehicles with care (not just a car carrier like you see on the highway piled with cars). The driver treated my car with great care. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the quality of transport or the level of service.
