This was my first experience shipping a vehicle so I have nothing to gauge it against. The car was delivered in good condition. It was dirty as was to be expected from an open transport but other than that it seems that care was taken of it to ensure it was not damaged and nothing was missing from the vehicle. Both pickup and delivery were delayed by several factors that were beyond the carrier's control but he was difficult to get in touch with and it was rare that he would contact me to inform me of a new delay. Due to this I would probably take a chance on trying a different service if I were ever considering it again. Other that the poor communications they were not bad but it's enough for me to look elsewhere in the future.
