Upon Review of this order, we see that Ms. Chang was given a discount, and her car was delivered in perfect condition. Ms. Chang got extremely angry when her car was delayed due to a snow storm. The driver was stuck in Maryland, New Jersey, and CT, and was delayed by 4 days. She called our office every day, yelling at us about needing her car. I, the owner, Dina, did raise my voice to her when I had had enough of the tantrum to remind her that her driver was going through one of the worst snow storms in history. She was also upset her car was dirty when it arrived and she wanted us to pay for a detailing of the car. We had to explain to her that her car traveled over 3,600 miles and through several snow storms, and that if she wanted a clean car she needed to ship it enclosed. Her car arrived, safe and undamaged, however she was not grateful, her behavior was bad enough that my staff no longer wanted to take her calls and requested that I would talk with her because my staff knows I will not allow people to treat them the way Ms. Sang was treating them.
