This company performed in an exemplary manner in all respects. Pickup was on time, top load spot was requested and performed, car arrived at destination ahead of schedule. The most distinguishing aspect of the transaction was the follow up. The company called to make sure the pickup was on time, called again to tell me that it was on schedule, called again after delivery. This unusual attention to detail reassures you that your vehicle is being taken care of. The contract carrier was SK transport, and the driver Alec was extremely professional in performing the pre load inspection and carefully loading the vehicle. Driver gave me his cel phone number and said call anytime to check progress. He actually called me in California 3 hrs before the car was being delivered in Pennsylvania.
