The carrier name was OK Carriers Inc. I thought the name could have been better. The driver was very polite (with a thick accent). The car reached on time, within the 5 days window. This saved me a lot of money on the rental. The moving cost itself was marginally lesser than the other companies that I contacted too. Service was really good.

Some bad points. Until the nth minute I was not given a proper time at which the driver would arrive to pick up the car. So I just had to wait. Since I was planning to get a rental car, this was a nuisance. Even on delivery, I was called 30 minutes before arrival (2-3 hours would have been appreciated).

One single scratch (about 2 inches) on the driver door upon arrival. Here is how it went - They checked every centimetre on the car for scratches before the loaded it on the truck. They marked down two scratches present on the car into their paper document (thorough job), one scratch whose size was so small that it was not visible to the naked eye. On arrival, when I pointed out the new scratch, I was told that it must have already been there. !!! ???
I did not expect that the car would arrive in a perfect condition. But I did expect an apology if not a fixing charge.

Overall, the driver was still very polite. So was the Angels moving company contact who kept following up with us on the progress - which was very very helpful to time our move.

I hope I dont have to move again soon. But if I have to, I would probably still go with this company and hope that my car reaches without scratches.
