Most people would have been very disappointed because my car was not picked up until 18 days after the earliest available pick-up date. Since I wasn't in a hurry and had other means of transportation it wasn't that big of a deal for me. My wife on the other hand, would have filled their ears with more than a few angry words because it was her car and she was sick of waiting for it. The ladies I spoke with were for the most part very professional and kind. I was disappointed because I never received updates on my vehicle. When the pick up was 1 week late, I called to see what the status was. They said they were very sorry but they were having troubles finding a carrier going through my area. I accepted that as understandable and said I would be patient. 2 weeks late, I called again. I was told that they had lowered their downpayment from $225 to $195 and increased the cost to the carrier from $670 to $700 to see if that would help. I said that was fine but I was starting to get sick of waiting. I was very professional the whole time. I very nicely asked if they could give me an estimate of when they think the car would be picked up. She told me to hold. About 30 seconds later a different lady got on the phone and basically told me, in a very unprofessionally loud and angry voice, that I needed to just wait and they would call me when the car was scheduled to a carrier because they were doing everything they could. She told me that increasing the amount of money I was paying would always help and I told her I wouldn't pay anymore. 2 1/2 weeks late, I called to cancel the shipment of my vehicle as I was would be back in Utah and was planning to drive the car to Louisiana myself because I didn't want to wait any longer. The lady told me she was just about to call me because they found a carrier to pick up my car and that they could pick it up the following Tuesday (It was friday). I agreed because I really didn't want to make the drive. The carrier picked up the car Wednesday morning and dropped it off Saturday morning with no further events.

I was overall pleased with the courteousness, customer service, and cost of the shipment but very disappointed with the time it took to assign the car to a carrier. Once the car was picked up it went smooth from there. Other than the lady that basically yelled at me I was understanding and mostly pleased with the service. My honest opinion, If my company wasn't paying for the transportation of my car and I had to pay for it myself, I would have driven the car myself after the carrier assignment being 7 days late.

Zach We appreciate the honesty of your review. We are so sorry about the time it took to get your vehicle picked up, however, the volume of vehicles shipping from Utah to Louisana are very small. We never promise something we can't deliver and in this case we did state it could take up to 10 days just get a driver contracted. Unfortunately, the auto shipping business has seen a huge decline with the way the economy is going and it is getting harder and harder to send carriers out into locations for one vehicle. We appreciate and your business and hope to hear from you again.
