Background:
I needed to transport my car from Long Island to my daughter in Northern CA. I contacted Angel's after I got a rave review from my brother who had his cars transported from CA. to FLA. I called Angel's and spoke to Dina who explained everything and answered every Question I had. All the details were laid out simply & thoroughly. There were some emails passed back and forth providing and requesting information. Two other employees took over (i.e., Armanda & April) providing assistance and status as things moved along.
Result:
I couldn't have been happier with this service. They are extremely competent. They clearly have had a lot of experience and it shows. They know what they are doing! They also have great communication skills. That is, they fully understood and responded to all my requirements, concerns, etc. Also, each and every employee that I interacted with was profession, kind and up to date with the status of this job. Finally, they, at each step, never failed to deliver what I expected. I would, without hesitation, use them again. I would clearly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
