This was my first time to ship a vehicle and I was very unfamiliar with the process. I had found an El Camino in LA that needed to be shipped back to Arkansas. I was not in LA at the time I closed the deal and had to get the car shipped ASAP as it was in a private parking lot and I wouldn't be there for the specifics of the transaction. I called and e-mailed several shipping companies and all, including Angels, had said it would be at least through the weekend before they could pick up the car. About an hour after I had inquired with Angels, they called me back and said they had found a truck that was leaving that day and had room for my El Camino and could have it delivered in 3 days. That was the best turnaround time I had gotten from anyone. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but was still $300-400 less than other companies who quoted express service (although none of them could commit to that).

Angels worked with me on the details on picking the car up and were always very friendly and easy to get the details from. Since I wasn't there, they took the numbers of not one but two people who would be present when the car was loaded. They called them about an hour before hand to let them know the driver was on the way, and the driver called when he was just a few minutes past his pickup time. Angels called when the car was loaded, called when the car was halfway, and called again within 10 hours of the delivery time. The driver called me directly and we were able to work out a drop time that was better for me (6:30 am) and they were very easy to work with. By the time I got to the drop off location they already had the car unloaded and ready to go. The car was in great shape, Jake the driver was fun to talk to, and very professional.

This experience far exceeded my expectations. All the people I talked to at Angels were professional and friendly. I would recommend Angels anytime.
