Hello,

This was the second time I had used this company in seven years and as earlier their service was excellent. The pick-up and drop off was on time. I was kept informed about both pick-up and drop date of the career service contact person and the agent. I needed my car to be shipped before a certain date and they were amazing scheduling it on time.

1) The person who picked up my car was very professional and friendly. He checked my car for any earlier damage, made a note and asked me to confirm.
2) The career service contact person kept me informed and called me a couple of times to keep me posted abt the timing pick-up person would come.
3) The agent(who booked the transport) was very professional and polite and understood my needs well. She suggested the days when my car should be picked up so that it reaches on time.
4) No damage was done to car. I was told that the person driving the truck would park the career vehicle in gated/secured located during the night.

Thanks to the collaboration and good planning of the agent, the career service and the pick-up person that my car reached exactly when I needed it and safetly!

Thank you for the amazing service, if needed will use the same company again!
