My vehicle was picked up 3 days after it was listed as available. It then arrived 2 days after it was picked up and the transport driver called the day before to advise a time when they expected to be there. I received another call early the next day to advise it would be a little later than expected which was nice so i wasn't waiting around for nothing.

The shipping time was great, the car arrived on time if not a bit early and this was done around the Christmas holidays with inclement weather along the route. I was very happy and impressed with the delivery times.

The car arrived undamaged and in the same condition it was upon loading. My only point of note would be there seemed to be a lot of hand prints all over the car. I understand the car was likely moved in the enclosed trailer, and fully expected there might be a few around the driver door but there seemed to be greasy handprints on a lot of places that i wouldn't expect to see them (like the hood, roof, etc.). Regardless, this is not a huge deal as the car cleaned up perfectly once i detailed it, but just something i would hope future deliveries could avoid if at all possible.

The driver was extremely polite and we walked around the car and looked for damage which we didn't find. I paid him with cash and he left shortly after.

The total cost was reasonable. It was a bit higher than 2 others i had received, however the delivery time was less than a week when many others had quoted me 4-5 weeks. I was happy to pay a little extra to get the car sooner.

All in all it was a smooth transaction and I'm very happy with my new car and would recommend the services in the future.
