Never having transported a car, much less all the way across the US, we were fairly nervous about the whole process. We first contacted a different organization and were bombarded with emails and calls from carriers across the nation. After gathering all this information and performing due diligence, we were no closer to picking a company or any less nervous. My husband had done some prior research on Angels Moving Autos and since they are at least in the same state as where we live, I gave them a call. I wish I had contacted them from the start. Angels was completely comparable to the other quotes we received and best of all, completely took over all the scheduling. No numerous calls or emails. Angels stayed in close contact with me, often daily, to keep me apprised of the schedule. They also stayed in contact with the recipient of the vehicle. I had numerous questions and I received responses the same day. The vehicle was picked up on time, and delivered on time. We opted for an open carrier and the vehicle arrived in excellent shape except for one small issue. The jarring of the cross country trip required a regulator in a back window to be replaced. We accepted this as "stuff happens." As a nervous first-time customer, we are beyond happy with the experience.
