I decided to use Angels Moving Autos after reading the reviews on various websites. I was first quoted around the end of June for a transport fee of $1050, the price seemed comparable to other companies. When I called them again during the third week of July, the quote had gone up to $1400. The explanation for the increase was that it was due to gas prices and timing of shipment (summer), the customer service agent explained that it might be cheaper if I could wait until fall to ship it. Since that wasn't an option, I chose to go ahead and use them anyways.

Besides the drop off date being delayed for one day, I was satisfied with the overall experience. Two days before my car was due to be picked up, I received a call from Angels Moving Autos regarding the contact numbers and names of the parties involved with the pick-up and drop-off transactions. My car was picked up in New York City as scheduled on 8/4 and delivered on 8/10 to San Francisco. Unfortunately the delivery truck couldn't get into San Francisco due to truck restrictions so my brother had to meet them just outside of the city to pick up the car. The car was not damaged due to the transport.

Despite the higher cost of transport from Angels Moving Autos, I was very impressed with their constant updating of the car's status and their effort in customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend of family.
