I would use Angels Transport again. Having said that though, there are a few associated frustrations.

The sales representatives at Angels are very good---knowledgeable, confident, reassuring. They even worked with my tight pickup window and were understanding when I had to change my pickup day last minute. No complaints here. The problem is Angels is a broker company. After this initial contact, you deal of the contracted transporter.

About 6 days after my car was taken, I received a call from the transporter, A Unique, saying that my car will probably be ready for pickup 9 miles away the next afternoon/evening. I was surprised that I had to pick up the car, because I thought it was door to door service. I was told there was no other option so I said ok. The next day, they called again saying there was some trouble with the carrier vehicle and my car will not be available until the following day (8 days after it left CA). I appreciated the update. On day 8, I received more phone calls, saying continued delays. Eventually I was told that it will be available for pickup 9 miles away at around midnight. After some complaining on my part, I was given the choice of pickup at midnight or before 9am the next day. As I had moved to a new city, it was challenging to find someone to drive me 9 miles out either after midnight or before 9am. I was given the option to have the car driven to me, then I would have to drive the carrier driver back to this truck. All these options had major inconveniences. I ended up picking up the car close to 2am. The car had no damages, but the driver side carpet was very dirty. I would recommend placing a mat so this doesn't happen to you.

So overall, the experience was ok. They kept me very well informed of the situations. Customer service was very nice. The logistics could be better. The pick up was very inconvenient, and the car car was dirty. So just be aware.
