I am pleased with the service. They quoted me a very good price with a 7 -10 day window, which was a far cry from numerous other competitors who gave me a much higher quote with a very long window (up to 21 days in some cases!). Not only that, they cleared up a misunderstanding I had had with the middlemen (a.k.a the actual trucking company/people) by calling me, explaining why I should always speak with them first and not the middlemen , and voided my old contract and gave me a new one. I really appreciated this because I had no idea that the customer should not be dealing with the middlemen directly, even if the middlemen contact the customer (very important!). Anyway, I was updated on the whereabouts of my car, and they were happy to provide me with updates when asked. The car arrived in good condition, and there was no hassle. Everything was explained clearly from the get go on how to pay, etc. Thank you very much for your great service.
