It took 4 days after the window I was quoted to actually get the car picked up but I really didn't give them alot of lead time to arrange for a transport. Our driver called twice to slide his pickup time, however he still got the car to the destination within the quoted time. The driver was professional and a pleasure to work with. The only odd thing I experienced was that after I recieved the quote, the actual price was another $115 than the quote due to "high gas prices". We will definately use this company again when we move back to California.
