My husband is in the United States Navy and when we went home on leave to Michigan we decided to purchase my fathers Ford F150. When we had first moved to California we used DAS to move my husbands S10 and it seemed to go alright, so we decided to use them again. It was a HORRIFIC experience!! We dropped the truck off at the Breedsville, MI terminal on June 12, 2008. We dropped it off three days prior to use leaving Michigan so that way it would give the truck a little head start. We were quite aware that the 7-14 days allowed for delivery were estimated times, but we figured worse case scenario it would be a week late. The first ETA date of June 26, 2008 came and went without a word on our trucks location. I went online to track it and the truck was STILL in BREEDSVILLE, MI!!! When I called they said that had no idea when they would have a truck to pick it up and they MIGHT be able to get it to us by July 14! I was VERY upset since the truck had been sitting there for three weeks at this point! Finally I told DAS to shove it and to give me my money back. I had read reviews online about Angels and they seemed okay, so I decided to give them a try. I picked up the phone on July 1, 2008 and obtained a quote from Dina. I explained the whole situation and she said that she would look to see what she could do and that she would call me back. That next day she called back and said she had a trucker ready to go the next day, we just had to bring him the truck in Grand Rapids. I told her okay but that that would put us in quite a bind since my parents would have to figure out how to get the truck there and get back. She placed me on hold and then came back on saying that the carrier, FLT Transport, said they would swing by the DAS terminal for me and pick it up! I was SO SO SO relieved and thankful! They picked it up on July 3, 2008 and the trucker Marcus for FLT Transport kept it great contact with me throughout the move! FLT even had it there on July 8, 2008, just FIVE days after picking it up! Angels Moving Autos was WORTH EVERY PENNY and I will NEVER ship with another company again. I will always pay for the piece of mind that only Angels Moving Autos can deliver! THEY ARE HEAVEN SENT!
