Great Car Move to Maui

Note: Car was shipped in January/February 2014 during sub-zero and multiple snowstorm conditions.

Shipping a car to Maui is a little bit more complicated than shipping only on the mainland. Transfer points with multiple ocean carriers add a bit of challenge to coordinate to ensure timely delivery.

We chose Angels Moving Autos to ship our 2008 Mini Cooper convertible for the following reasons:

1. Friendly, courteous prompt customer service. Thank you Miranda, Linda and all others
2. Honesty.
3. Fair price, with no add-ons or changes.
4. Continuous updates while car was in transit on land and ocean.
5. On-time delivery.

Due to winter conditions, we chose closed trailer for shipment from Illinois to California. Wise decision!
It was sub-zero and a fresh 12” snowfall on the ground on day of pickup and then one or two additional heavy snow storms while driving from Chicago.
Car was safely enclosed and weather protected.
Container enclosed for trip from California to Honolulu. Another wise decision.
Short open barge transfer from Oahu to Kahului, Maui.
Arrived in port at 8 AM and delivered that afternoon.
Just slightly over 3 weeks start to finish through very miserable winter weather on the mainland.

Great work, great company and I highly recommend Angels Moving Autos for your vehicle shipping needs.
They get the job done on-time, fair priced and with aloha.

Did I mention the courteous calls, updates and conversations? No high pressure sales, no gimmicks. Straightforward explanations and genuine concern that our car traveled secure and we were kept in the loop timely as to location and travel conditions. Peace of mind….
