Pros: exceptional communication thru all stages of delivery... exceeded my expectations. Telephone calls after pickup, during transport, day b4 delivery, morning of delivery, and follow up after delivery. Truck was not even that dirty... certainly less than if i had driven it across country.
Cons: Not much... I guess the driver was a little hard to understand, but he was very courteous and his dispatcher would follow up on calls. Price was higher that auto generated, but hey with desiel at $5 a gallon i can accept that.
overall: would use again without hesitation
