Angels Moving Autos is an honest, and attentive broker- the two characteristics of exemplary customer service- who made this process simple.
When our first carrier asked us to deliver our car to their location 60 miles from our pickup location (not in our contract), Angels immediately rectified the situation by dealing directly with the carrier, and arranged for a new carrier within hours. This hiccup didn't delay the pickup.
The only reason the car was delivered late to New York was not Angels' fault, but fell on the shoulders of the carrier, whose local delivery vehicle was temporarily out of service. Even in this situation, Angels helped us manage and coordinate the delivery.
They were in constant communication with us via text and email as to the status of our order, and never hesitated to be our intermediary between the carrier. This in itself was invaluable. We felt safe and secure throughout the whole process.
My friend recommended Angels to us, and we definitely would recommend them to you.
