Car steering wheel had grease all over it. Back seat had stains on it, not sure if it was the delivery services fault. Wish the driver contacted me when I was told he would. Maybe 3 times I was told I would get a phone call at specific times and I never did. I had to reach out to my driver

Whitney - we are sorry to hear about that. After reviewing our records it looks like you were sent several text messages after we received a message on your phone that your mailbox was full. The driver did work around your schedule for delivery, with arrangements being made 24 hours in advance, and delivering after you got work. Delivery in the bay area is tough and drivers cannot be on the phones consistently to update the customers, only when they have stops. The driver actually called us after reaching a message that your voice mail was full as well. It would be best to have your voice mail box empty when having a service like this.
