I moved from St Louis to Seattle recently and hired Angel Moving Auto to ship my Ford Taurus. Originally they told me they only need 5 days window, however, nobody came to pick my car after 6 days past when I had to leave St Louis. I left my car to one of my friends. I called Angels almost everyday after I arrived Seattle, but nothing happened even until 10 days later. That really frustrated me. The ladies on phone were friendly and professional, and they always apologized for the delay. I assumed that the price they posted might be too low compared to the high gas price, so no carrier would like to pick up my car. Eventually I suggested them to increase the price, since I did not want to tie my friend forever (He or his wife dared not to leave their house to wait for the carrier's phone call). They suggested to increase for $275, all the money will go to the carrier. They would not charge any broker fee and they even would send me a $50 gift card (I have received it yet) for the delay. Finally a carrier showed up 2 days later to pick up my car, and the car arrived in Seattle this morning (4.5 days later) in good condition.

I guess my case is a very special. It was just the worst time since the gas price went to the sky. Now my car arrived while the gas price has come back to < $130 :-). Overall I am satisfied with their service. I would choose them again if I need to ship my car again.
