I needed to ship my new SUV from Florida to Louisiana, I asked the dealer to recommend a shipping company he recommended Angles, I checked the company reputation it was A, so i went for it, and hire them to move my car on 01/27/14. On 01/28/14 I received a phone call from Linda asking for a credit cad number to charge my car $200, with the agreement that this should happen upon the delivery of the car. the car sits on the dealership for 6(six) days without any call to move the car, i called several times the guy kept telling me that there is a window of 10 days to move the car, based on my most recent experience (summer 13) whenever they start invoking the window, know that there plan is to make you wait till the last day of the window to move the car.
I decided to find someone else to move the car and l found one that moved the car immediately and delivered the car within 24 hrs.
I called Angles to cancel with them but they where upset and they charge my credit card $50 fees, for doing nothing. i found this action dishonest and very fraudulent. I should never gave them my card number in the first place, but needed the car to be moved, and i acted in an honest way, but this is the way they punish a customer for the failure to fulfill what they committed to do, and being honest way with them.
So customers be ware, of credit card and window to pick up, there are other companies that they will never ask for a card nor play the window game.

Sincerely,
mm

We are sorry you were unsatisfied with our service, Mahmoud. What Mr. Mousa failed to mention is that he was assigned a carrier and he chose to cancel the carrier and wait for the next available carrier. Angels called with the new carrier to be informed he was flying a friend down to pick up the car because he did not want to wait. When placing the order, it was Explained to Mr. Mousa that his card would be charged when the carrier was assigned with the balance due on delivery and this was agreeable to him. Angels did their job of assigning a carrier to transport the car, but we were not given the opportunity to fulfill the contract. we understand that Mr. Mousa was excited to get his car, and due to a past negative experience in shipping was anxious about not immediately having another carrier.
