Because of truck restrictions in my neighborhood, I had to drive out to meet the carrier in an area that wasn't terribly convenient for me. But the car was picked up the same day I called (on a Monday) and delivered to my brother's doorstep 2,000 miles away by early Thursday morning in good condition. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole process and would use Angels again.
