Overall my experience with the customer service of the company itself was decent. However, the company needs to do more research on the truck drivers they contract with. The truck driver showed up with a VERY poor attitude and insulted me with statements such as: "have you ever transported a car before?!" and "do you want your cars to be moved or not because I can leave right now!" I didn't know how much further delay it was going to cause if I decided to change drivers so unfortunately I proceeded to use the driver with poor attitude. My car arrived 3 days late because supposedly the driver's truck broke down somewhere in Arizona. Not only that, there were numerous scratches on the roof of my car!! And its a carbon fiber roof!! The lesson is, definitely shop around and make sure you are comfortable with the driver before proceeding. Once its on that truck, its out of your hands and even out of hands of the moving company!
