Miranda was very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. The carrier arrived later than originally promised but the auto was still delivered on time. The auto arrived dirty but other wise not damaged. Please make it very clear to drivers at time of pick-up what form payment will be at delivery. Our driver asked for cash even though we specifically indicated a cashers check would be payment.
