when picking up the car i had to drive a couple miles from my home to get the car. that wasn't the initial plan. but that's okay, it didn't really bother me. I dropped off my car and watched it go. they inspected the car and all before leaving.

throughout the 7 days the company would text me updating exactly where they were, which is pretty cool. They said the car would be there june 8th but it actually came june 7th. i was pretty excited about that. overall great experience with the company.
