Would definitely use again

They were a day late picking up and dropping off, but I didn't mind because it actually worked for my schedule better than if they had come on the dates I originally requested. I get the feeling that they could have met my dates if I had asked them too, but I said that the new schedule actually worked better, so I'm rating them as "on time".

Customer service at Angels was on top of everything from the start. They called frequently to make sure things were moving along. They apparently had problems finding a driver at the price they quoted me (my guess would be because fuel prices spiked right before the move), but they did not change the amount I was charged, they simply took the difference out of their cut.

The driver told me ahead of time when he would arrive, and even reworked his last two dropoffs so he could deliver at a convenient time for me. My only minor complaint is that my car had a bottom slot on an open trailer, so I had some fluids from the car above leak down onto my car, but a quick car wash took care of that. If that sort of a thing is a problem, I suppose you should get a closed carrier. Personally, I'm not even sure if my car is worth much more than I paid to transport it down here, so it certainly wasn't worth paying extra for closed transport.

Angels is an excellent company who was on top of the situation from the day I booked with them. This has been the easiest part of the move so far.
