The company was excellent. It was the least expensive of a number of companies I got quotes from. I spoke to the same customer service rep for the duration of the order. They contacted me regularly to update me on progress and check for problems. They contacted the driver for me so I didn't have to arrange anything. Pickup was early, and delivery was a day late, but this was due to problems with the delivery of other cars due to other customers being late for pickup and not due to the company itself.

The only problem I experienced was with the driver, who was quite patronizing when I contacted him to arrange a pickup location, spoke badly about other customers to me and used profanities on the phone, and who wanted to meet some distance from our house (a 40 minute drive away) due to inconvenience for him reaching a nearer location, though it was possible for him to do so. However, the company was good about accepting this feedback.
