Although I was hesitant to use a broker to ship my car, Angels Auto excelled every single step of the way from answering all of my questions, to even securing a pickup in a 24hour window for a great price. I was referred to them after a colleague used this company to bring a car form North Carolina to Buffalo.

I absolutely needed the car to be picked up on November 14th - not before or after - and it was. Mind you, order was placed only a few days earlier. Throughout the entire time, I was kept appraised of the progress of bringing my baby from Portland at the west coast to Buffalo, NY. The driver was on-time, and loaded the car with extreme care; Angels also sent me text messages to keep me posted on when to expect delivery, etc. They even delivered to me on THANKSGIVING day! The car was unloaded at the end of my driveway on the afternoon of November 22. There was no damage to the car whatsoever. My only complaint was some dirty water during transport as if from a rain shower (but the car was enclosed...) on the exterior of the car (nothing a quick wash didn't take care of), perhaps some of the seams in the trailer allowed some runoff. Not a big deal...

Overall. I would definitely use them again to transport a car! Their customer service is some of the best I have experienced in any industry, and I was extremely paranoid as shipping cars can be a nightmare. Their prices are also very reasonable. That's a win-win combo in my books. Hope this helps others when shopping around.
