I called a month before I actually decided to ship the truck to myself in OH. When I called, they answered very politely and took my information then transferred me to someone else who actually took care of the transaction. They answered all of my questions about the process and if there would be any complications with shipping a lifted truck (Toyota T100 4"). They were certain that that would be no problem due to the size of the vehicle and was just enough for shipping with an open carrier (due to the 13'6" height limit I believe).

They kept me up to date with the information of rising fuel cost and how my estimate changed which would make it no surprise when the transaction was scheduled. Once I was ready for the vehicle shipment, I called with my quote number and it was finalized, no needing to start all back from the start.

They found a driver the same day and contacted my dad who was storing the truck for me. The next day due to contact issues, my dads part, not the driver, the vehicle was shipped and came when it was said it would be there. The driver who was dispatched through Angels kept in touch with me as the vehicle was in transit. Once it was delivered, the vehicle looked the way I left in in CA and there were no hidden or extra surprise charges.

I've taken care of a shipment for my mothers Honda Prelude from CA to FL and, even though they did I fine job when all was said and done, this company and driver they dispatched to did a far better job and made it so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again if the occasion were to arise and neither should you.
