I called to get a quote and talked to Dina to have my car delivered, and she didn't think it was going to be possible due to the location. She said she would do some checking and call me back. I get a call the next day from Karen and she says that they have found someone to pick up the car the next day. I said great and gave her the information. The guy who sold the car is waiting at a gas station in a rural area in Minnesota and we get a call from Angels and they wondered why the car was not in Minneapolis. We did not ever set the shipment up in Minneapolis, so the car was not picked up. Lanell and Karen did their job in the office, and Dina goes and changes the pickup location. She then calls us back and says that we are liars because we knew that the car had to be in Minneapolis to be picked up. The contract states that the car was not to be picked up in Minneapolis but a northern rural town in Minnesota, of which I'm not going to specify on here. They should not be the #2 rated shipping company because they manager Dina is a jerk and lies to cover her back. Use someone else, in fact ANYONE else.

Wow That is quite an amazing review. To consumers, Mark Olson was not the person who contacted our office to schedule this order. I spoke to his son and explained to him clearly we would not have a driver that would go any further north than St. Paul. Kurt, the son, said that would be fine. We located a carrier and called back the number given to us. Mark informed a staff member of the address for pickup, a city over 400 miles north of St. Paul. When we tried to explain the mix up he began accusing us of being liars and having poor communication in our office. Unfortunately, he would not accept that his son, Kurt, had asked for a pick up in St. Paul. No one lied in this office, and I am sorry Mr. Olson feels I am a jerk, I felt sorry for my driver who scheduled to go to St. Paul, as contracted with Kurt, and than Mr. Olson did not have his facts straight because of lack of communication between him and his son.
