This was my first car transport experience and thank GOD it went smoother than I expected. Reading reviews of other peoples experiences online definitely had me terrified. After a bit of googling here and there, I came across Angels. The ladies over the phone were very polite and professional. I was made aware of all the charges, I was given a reasonable ETA (5 days), and the updates I got over the phone during the transport were great. The pickup went smooth but I did have to meet the driver about 5 miles from the destination for the final delivery because there aren't many wide open parking spaces in Santa Clara. But that's alright, I m just glad I received my ride without a scratch!
