I talked to Dina on the phone twice with questions and she was very courteous and pleasant to deal with before placing the order. She was very knowledgeable about the process. The pickup was scheduled at my daughter's college in CA within a day of placing the order. The price wasn't the lowest but the service by the company and the carrier was excellent. I would definitely use them again!
