Angel's Moving Auto's were courteous and professional throughout the moving process. The actual car pickup in Massachusetts was unavoidably delayed one day due to a snowstorm. The car arrived 7 days later in California looking dirty (duh!), but in otherwise great condition. The staff of both Angel's Auto's and Pioneer Auto Express (the actual shipping company) were helpful and kept in constant contact during the transit.

For peace of mind I would suggest taking pictures of your car when it is being picked up. The combination of written accounts of pre-existing damage (which you do as a walk-around with the driver) and visual evidence could help you should you run into a problem later. Fortunately this was not an issue for me as Pioneer did a great job of getting my car across the country without any damage.

I would highly recommend Angel's Moving Autos to anyone considering shipping their car. The only way this service could have been better is if I had shipped my Hyundai and received a Jaguar at the other end. Ah well, better luck next time.
