Usually good, but really late this time

I have used Angels Autos several times now, and every previous experience has been great. I have even called and arranged a pickup for only a few days after the initial call!

This time however, the pickup was extremely late. I shipped a car from Illinois out to California and it took 12 days. The original estimate was originally 5-7 days, then moved to 7-9 days. I called to inquire about the status of my car and the employees at Angels Autos were flat out disrespectful, even to a repeat customer that has paid for multiple $1,050 shipments. They treated me as if I had no right to even be questioning the situation with my vehicle and that I should be lucky it comes within 30 days. Totally rude and uncalled for. I got off the phone after a five minute long diatribe about how I need to have some respect for the truckers shipping the car, etc. in a very aggressive tone (raised voice) when in fact I had been respectful, calm and merely inquiring, with no demands being made on my part.

To all other customers- sometimes you get lucky and have a great experience, and sometimes you don't. Shipping a car is so variable its unbelievable.
