They kept me in loop the entire time and were honest and upfront about everything. Even when there was a possibility my car could arrive later than I wanted they were very honest and concerned.They ended up getting me my car when I wanted it so the late arrival never became an issue. They had to change the location of the pick up and drop off areas. Since I am obviously not familiar with driving the vehicles they pick up and deliver in I picked areas that were not the easiest for them, but they were flexible and found great locations close by so I didn't need to go out of my way. They were quick and thorough. The only downside to the open air is the car gets really dirty on the outside, but there isn't a whole lot they can do about that or me for that matter. Plus, If I drove it would probably get just as dirty. If you don't want it to get dirty then check out the enclosed options. Otherwise everything else was great.
