I was informed of the pickup of my vehicle and appropriately informed of the drivers progress towards the destination as well as updates as to the expected arrival. The driver communicated on three occasions and arranged on the final site of delivery and gave me plenty of time to inspect the vehicle and contents prior to signing the release. Royal, the driver, was very pleasant and informative.
