Just Plain Terrible

In all honesty, if you're looking for a company that provides little to no customer service (never calling back when promised), rude when they realize they can't deliver what was promised (basically telling me to f off), then this is the company to go with. I can understand if it takes time to get things done, but you'd think they'd be going to bat for you to get your item delivered. There was no urgency, no communication, nothing. I had to call every 3 days to get an update, and it was the same, nothing has been done yet. I'd think twice about using these guys, my overall experience is pure dissatisfaction and a little anger.

To all customers: First and foremost, no one in this office ever speaks to a customer in the way this man described, he is absolutely not telling the truth. Louis Palma contacted our office on 12/07 to ship a Ford Bronco. At the time he placed his order we explained to him that this vehicle could take up to 2-3 weeks to dispatch a carrier. This Bronco has large tires and a lift kit on it. We had a carrier assigned to pick up the vehicle, however the height he had given us at the time of booking was incorrect. Mr. Palma was informed several times this would take some time to get shipped, he was never treated unfairly or with disrespect. As you can see from all of our other customers reviews, communication is not an issue in this office. He called upset saying another company guaranteed him they could pick it up in 14 days and wanted to cance. His attitude towards us was demeaning, however we explained to him that he could ship his vehicle with whomever he choses. Mr. Palma will find out this vehicle will not ship any quicker with another company. We are so sorry the vehicle did not ship as quickly as he wanted, but big trucks like that never ship quickly.
