Great customer service

The folks as Angels were very nice. They called often around the pickup time and dropoff time, just to see how things were going. They did appear to broker out the actual move to another company, and the pickup driver had a thick accent and was difficult to understand on the phone. The drivers gave us only approximate ETAs the day before, and only 30-60 warnings on the day of pickup and drop-off. I guess that it is hard for drivers to be very exact on their arrival dates, especially if you live in the city. However, the drivers on both ends were nice and friendly and waited a few minutes to meet us. Again, because Angels called us many times to make sure things were going OK, we weren't worried about our car.

In the end the car arrived fine and was dropped off right in our driveway. Oh, upon arrival the car needed washing badly, but that's what happens when you go in an external carrier cross-country through snowstorms!!! People thought we were crazy to ship a $1400 car across country for $1170, but a new car would have cost 10-15x that. We were happy with Angels Auto Transport.
